SUCCESS STORY

Meet Tui

Former Grower Liaison Manager

Tui started with Apac in 2004 as a casual employee on the packing lines during mainpack. The following season she trained as a quality controller where she gained invaluable experience and an appreciation for the kiwifruit industry and its people!

By year four Tui was operating the Apac lab with a small team responsible for fruit and maturity testing and a number of summer orchard programmes. In 2015 she progressed to be Apac’s Client Liaison Rep for owners and growers and till her retirement in 2023 she was the face of Apac for many of our growers.

If you have a genuine interest, good work ethic, and an eagerness to learn any facet of the kiwifruit industry, orchards or packhouses, the opportunities are here! Apac are a great team where the door is always open for any employee to progress.
